I do not schedule appointments via e-mail, although I will be happy to answer 
any questions you may have about my practice electronically through Back In Touch Wellness.

A debit or credit card will hold your scheduled appointment. I accept 
payments of cash, Visa, Mastercard, or American Express at the time services 
are rendered. I do not accept checks. I do not work on a sliding scale. 
I do not work outcalls.

The day before your appointment is scheduled, I will send you a reminder, 
either by phone, text, or e-mail – whichever you prefer.

Rates: 

Professional Massage 
$65 for 30 minutes
$100 for 60 minutes
$145 for 90 minutes
$200 for 120 minutes

Cancellation Policy:
You are free to reschedule or change your appointment until 24 hours before
the time of your appointment. For notice less then 24 hours, and in the rare
case of "no shows" you will be charged the full amount of your scheduled
service. This is because we set aside time especially for you, and want to
be able to accomodate all our clients getting appointments as soon as our
busy schedule allows.
